Englisch B1/B2, Grammar Review Course I

This is an intermediate (B1/B2) grammar review course series. You can join the whole course series or any of the 3 courses. Each course is 6 meetings.

First Course - 6 meetings

Class 1: The Present Continuous and Simple Present (Part 1) How to form, uses and comparison, plus exercises. Stative verbs vs Active verbs.

Class 2: The Present Continuous and Simple Present (Part 2) Combination exercises and more on Stative verbs.

Class 3: Simple Past (uses and how it is formed) and Irregular verbs (review the 3 forms in 70-80 verbs), also ‘used to’ and ‘would’ for past states, repeated actions and past habits

Class 4: Present Perfect Simple, Present Perfect Continuous and Irregular verbs (the Past Participle), uses, examples and exercises.

Class 5: Present Perfect Simple vs. Simple Past, differences, and combination exercises.

Class 6: Conjunctions / Linking words: no sooner…than, nevertheless, even though, while, not only…but also, neither…nor, Either…or, would rather…than, and more.
